Westman Shuttle was founded in January of 2024 and is a family run business owned and operated by Lindsey and Darlene Heintz of Brandon, MB.

Lindsey is originally from Saskatchewan and served in the RCMP in Manitoba, and Darlene is originally from Shoal Lake. After several years in Manitoba, they moved to Alberta and started a business. After almost 20 years out west, they moved back to Brandon in 2022 to be closer to their family and grandchild, and now proudly call Brandon their home again.

Westman Shuttle was born from the need for daily trips for Brandon and Westman residents to Winnipeg to attend medical appointments and for shopping to locations like CF Polo Park, The Outlet Collection, and Costco. Customer service and safety are the cornerstones of our business.

How it works

Passengers traveling to Winnipeg will be picked up between 7:15-7:50 am from an address to be specified at the time of booking, leaving Brandon by approximately 8:00 am. Upon arrival in Winnipeg, drops will be made at our four drop off locations:
• CF Polo Park - 1485 Portage Ave #233
• Costco - 1315 St James St
• Health Sciences Centre - 820 Sherbrook St
• Outlet Collection - 555 Sterling Lyon Pkwy

Pickups will begin at 3:00 pm in the same order as drop offs: CF Polo Park (approx. 3:00 pm), Costco (approx. 3:10 pm), Health Sciences Centre (approx. 3:25 pm) Outlet Collection (approx. 3:50 pm) with an approximate 4:00 pm departure time back to Brandon. Riders are asked to communicate their desired pick up location when dropped off in the morning.

If you are taking a one way trip from Winnipeg to Brandon, you will be contacted earlier in the day and you will be required to meet the shuttle at one of our four pickup locations at the posted times.

Our Premium Door to Door service

Passengers looking for a seamless Door to Door experience can book with our Premium service, which takes you right where you need to go.

With a Premium ride, you will be dropped off or picked up at an address of your choosing in Winnipeg rather than at one of our four drop off locations.

With a Premium Round Trip ride, you will be dropped off and picked up at an address of your choosing in Winnipeg rather than at one of our four drop off locations. This is an excellent option for those wanting to get to medical or other appointments without the use of taxis to and from our regular pickup locations. We recommend that appointments are scheduled between 11:00 am and 1:30 pm to ensure you can be dropped off in time, and that you are finished before needing to be picked up again prior to our approximate 4:00 pm departure time back to Brandon.

For Premium One Way rides, you will either be dropped off at, or picked up from, an address of your choosing in Winnipeg rather than one of our four pickup locations.

A first class ride

We offer a cost-effective alternative for return trips from Brandon to dedicated locations in Winnipeg. Our service operates daily with your comfort and safety at the forefront.

• All of our drivers have a class 4 license or higher and a clean driver's abstract. They have also undergone criminal record and vulnerability checks
• Drivers are trained in First Aid and CPR
• We are fully licensed and insured in the Province of Manitoba and the City of Brandon
• All passengers will be offered a complimentary bottle of water and snack
